I am so excited that the next couple of months are wedding season here in South Florida! Beautiful brides, flowers galore and so many party planning details to make a photographer swim in all this wedding happiness. To kick of my wedding season, this past weekend we celebrated with Carolina & Isaias “their best day ever”! I already knew I was going to love our time together from the moment I started photographing their engagement session in Redland Koi Gardens back in May. Carolina would blush whenever she would look into Isaias eyes and as for him.. there was no one else in that garden but Carolina. All eyes on her. The sweetest, I tell you. We finished their engagement session in a muddy field in Homestead and when Carolina kicked off her shoes and walked around barefoot, I knew this was exactly my type of gal.
Their wedding day just flowed so nicely together. Everyone was on time, even the rain didn’t make a big fuss for Carolina & Isaias. They weren’t going to let anything stop them from having a wonderful experience. Their reception was held at the enchanting La Jolla Ballroom in Coral Gables. If you stand outside you might first be attracted to that cute little balcony in the front but once you take a step inside… its all glitz with the sparkling chandeliers and charming accents that make this one of Miami’s top wedding venues. After editing these images I feel Carolina was just ready to let her hair down ( literally ) and party the night away and it was such a joy to watch. I worked alongside my friends Lester & Jailyn as they filmed the night away and more than once I caught us all singing (quite loudly) along with all the friends as we too celebrated this special day.
