Knaus Berry Farm

Knaus Berry Farm, until just this week I had yet to of experienced such delicious treats so close to home. A forty-five minute drive into Homestead on a beautiful morning to escape the routine turned out as the perfect stop for us. Just when I thought I wasn’t going to be posting another #vigoatwins post this week, I had to share these sweet pictures of the munchkins enjoying the sticky goodness we enjoyed. If you’ve been there before you will agree that the long line is well worth the wait. If you have yet to visit or haven’t even heard of the place, the next time you are up for a little bit of a drive out of the city, go get yourself a treat in the heart of Homestead, Knaus Berry Farm. The sell bakery items along with shakes and ice-cream sundaes.

The boys surprisingly behaved rather well in their strollers the whole hour we stood waiting our turn to buy the fresh out of the oven cinnamon buns. Once we had our treats we picked a table out back and decided to eat them there. I just stood back and watched them enjoy themselves before taking a bite myself. Watching them eat with pleasure makes me happy, especially when Matt makes his little mmmh noises. Will was obsessed with the strawberry shake so much so he didn’t let it go until he finished it. Matthew was taken by the sticky rolls and as you will see had one all to himself. We are still finishing the dozen we brought home and are already thinking of going back for more. Friends, whenever we find something yummy we will make it a point to share and hope you will will find delight in it as well.

Maybe I just wanted to post these because their eyes are slowly melting my heart bit by bit.

We didn’t try half of the things there but will be coming back for more for sure! In the pictures there is a bag of bread ( herb rolls ) buy some of that too… oh em gee, the perfect companion to spaghetti at home.
