We couldn’t of asked for a better day to shoot Ismary & Nathaniel’s bridal pictures. The weather was absolutely perfect, the kind of day you just want to spend your time outside doing anything at all. Lucky for me I had a session to do and all that golden light was making me sing. Ismary and Nathaniel are quite the shy couple. They have tons of insider jokes because it seemed like they were constantly laughing at all my emotion about the trees and the beautiful color I was raving about. I love it when a couple starts off by telling me that they want me to guide them as to what to do because they HAVE NO IDEA how to pose. It’s a good thing because I love all the non-posey stuff much better than anything I could possibly get them doing. Just smile and be. That’s the pictures I want to capture for my couples. The quiet and the unspoken words they are telling each other with just a smile. The giggles that burst out when you are trying to be serious. The way you hold each other without being told where to place your hand. There is so much to be said about the way a couple embraces one another. Sometimes it just comes naturally and it has nothing to do with any guidance from the photographer. That’s the moment a couple relaxes and let’s the photographer in to the story of their lives. I had such a wonderful time working with these two and their family that came along for moral support. And to play flower girl and bouquet holder. I am so happy that you two will be eloping next week and wish you the very best in your new life together as husband and wife.
