Every time we hang out to take pictures it’s just natural and way too easy. Candice grasps completely the concept I love so much of letting the kids be kids, and in their case its more of let the boys be boys. Ethan is still in that cuddle stage that goes by so quick! I know Candice is feeling the same way I do with the boys, THEY GROW SO FAST! It was just the other day I was shooting Brody’s newborn photographs. Ugh I wish childhood lasted a bit longer. All we want to do is soak in those baby years for as long as we can.
One of the things we did as soon as we got to their home was to take the time to capture some pictures of just mom & dad. The kiddos were down for a nap and it was the perfect opportunity to do so. Then once the boys woke up it was all about following a list of “fun” stuff to do together that they had come up with together. They baked cookies, which we all enjoyed afterwards, read stories, sidewalk chalk… all the makings of a perfect afternoon. I can’t wait to go back to Louisiana and check in on you guys again. It’s always such a pleasure to do so.
