Sometimes surprises come along that change your life in the greatest of ways. When I was eleven years old my mother was pregnant with my kid brother after all those years between us of trying to have another child. Samuel was the miracle baby. At that point it felt like Sam was more of my baby than a brother, who am I kidding, it still feels that way most of the time, regardless it was such a blessing for our family. My mother had the son she always wanted to give my father.
Priscilla is a childhood friend with somewhat of a reverse story to what I just mentioned. Samuel, her oldest, will now be big brother to a little princess on the way. Nine years apart. I have no doubt that she will come into their lives to brighten every corner and give them all a taste of sass us girls bring to the family. I am so happy that the mommy bug has come around again and I can’t wait to meet baby Sophia!
