This is Laura and Ovi. Laura and Ovi aren’t a thing anymore. They were a big thing back when I took these pictures ( January 2011 ). A crazy love thing that drove each other bananas. I was so lucky to whisk them away in one of my photo ideas. Little did I know then I would be gushing over these photos of her. Admiring every bit of detail in her face, sparkle in her eyes and recalling everything she said that day. This beautiful and sassy lady happens to be the toughest woman I know. She’s had to battle one of the toughest things in life. So tough that it may very well take her life. How that’s even possible is beyond my understanding and comprehension. But this post is to commemorate her lively spirit. To speak of all the spark she lighted in all those she shared her life with. I was one of those lucky few. We shared so many wonderful laughs and emotional cries throughout the years. It sickens me to think she will not be prancing around flapping her hands in excitement over the slightest of things. Or pouting a face because she’s gotten offended at what you said. She is a true beauty. I speak on behalf of all her friends and tell you that we all love her so much. Each one of us in our own way. At this point there are so many I wish I would of/ could of/ had of… but there’s no time for that. There are only the memories we made while having fun. And oh did we have fun. The craziest days of my life I lived with this girl and two others. We were quite the bunch. So here’s remembering you always love. I was forever touched by your kindness and love. And by all the little things you ever did to make me feel like family. I love you, now and always. skdljfakldfjsdlk

Recuerdo lo importante que era para Laura que yo conociera a Ovi, así que un día lo llevó al trabajo, formaban una bella pareja, y yo pregunté por él en la primera operación, pero ya no estaban juntos ; también Ovi es una persona muy importante en la vida de Laurita, y de los que estuvimos cerca de ella . Muchas gracias Abigail por este homenaje, ella quería hacer algo parecido con Silvita , original pero no se pudo, fue la mejor madrina que pude escoger para mi única hija. Descansa en paz mi niña bonita.
What beautiful pictures of Laura and my son Ovi… As I look at them I cannot stop crying, just looking at her smile and her pretty face brings back so many memories… On trips she took with our family and when she would visit our home. What a sweet girl and how it saddens me that someone so full of life would have to face something so horrible. I am thankful that she was part of my son’s life and the times they spent together.
